Born and raised in Essex County, Dayne has returned to his hometown to practice. Dayne graduated from Western University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts Honors Specialization in Kinesiology. While completing his undergraduate degree, Dayne spent time as one of the Western Varsity Wrestling Team’s trainers, and spent time shadowing and volunteering with physiotherapists at the Fowler-Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic. Additionally, Dayne assisted with physiotherapy and medical staff during Team Canada’s U18 Women’s Hockey strength and conditioning camp. Following his graduation from Western University, he worked at Advanced Rehabilitation Centers first as a physiotherapy assistant, then as a kinesiologist. Dayne studied for his Masters of Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, Scotland, where he graduated in 2022 with distinction. After completing his licensing exams, he became a registered Physiotherapist in July of 2024. Dayne has additional certifications in soft-tissue release and GLA:D. He believes in an active approach to physiotherapy and uses a wide variety of exercises, stretches and manual joint mobilizations to treat his clients. In his spare time, Dayne enjoys playing and watching sports including football, hockey, golf and basketball, lifting weights and reading.
